Refund And Return Policy

Canceling your Order

You are able to cancel your order as long as we have not packed and shipped your purchase. To cancel your order please contact us at reuben@terracottaprints.co.uk as soon as possible after making the order, and state your order code and that you wish to cancel. We cannot guarantee that it is always possible to cancel your order but we will do our best to cancel and provide you with a full refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Order

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at reuben@terracottaprints.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returning purchased Items

Due to the fragile nature of the products we ship and all products being made to order, we are only able to accept returns in the most exceptional circumstances. Please email us at reuben@terracottaprints.co.uk for more information.

Refunds

If you require a refund on a damage item please email us at reuben@terracottaprints.co.uk within 28 days of your purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your returns query, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given the option of either a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement order which replaces the damaged items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
